About the Role:
As Medical Supervisor at Nasser Hospital, you will play a central role is central to coordinating and enhancing the quality of healthcare delivery across MAP-supported departments. The post-holder will oversee medical, non-medical, and IPC coordinators, ensuring adherence to MoH protocols and promoting efficient, patient-centred care. The supervisor will also support the implementation of IPC and protection measures, strengthen referral systems, and lead on training and development plans for hospital staff. The role also involves monitoring performance, compiling reports to inform programme planning, and representing MAP in key stakeholder forums to maintain strong coordination and programme visibility.

The ideal candidate brings a solid clinical background with a degree in medicine or a related healthcare field, complemented by experience in supervising or coordinating medical projects. The ideal candidate will also have demonstrable experience working in hospital settings, with a sound understanding of referral systems, patient flow, MoH clinical and IPC guidelines, and protection principles. Familiarity with M&E tools and beneficiary feedback mechanisms is essential. Strong leadership, data analysis, and planning skills are key, as well as fluency in both English and Arabic.
