MAP is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead and support mobile clinic operations in Jericho/Jordan Valley, Hebron, and Nablus. The role involves supervising medical teams, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and IPC standards, and improving quality of care through audits and field visits. Key responsibilities include mentoring staff, supporting training rollout, overseeing referrals and service integration (MHPSS, maternal health, nutrition), and contributing to monitoring, reporting, and procurement.

The ideal candidate holds a Medical degree with a valid license to practice in Palestine, and brings proven experience in clinical and healthcare supervision. Strong knowledge of MoH protocols, IPC standards, referral systems, and PHC/hospital-based services is essential. The role requires excellent leadership, mentoring, and reporting skills, with fluency in English and Arabic. Proficiency in MS Office and data tools is important, along with a commitment to safeguarding, equity, and MAP’s mission to improve health and dignity for Palestinians. Training in BLS and safeguarding is preferred.
