MAP is seeking a Budget and Reporting Manager to lead the planning, monitoring, and oversight of all budgeting processes, including annual budgets, donor budgets, and reforecasts. This role will manage a team of three finance officers, oversee donor financial reporting and compliance, and ensure strong financial oversight of partners and grants. The Finance Manager will play a key role in aligning financial management with program goals, supporting audits, and strengthening internal financial controls and systems.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) preferred. They will bring extensive experience in NGO financial management, donor reporting, grant oversight, and compliance. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills—particularly in English and Arabic—are essential, along with the ability to manage teams and explain financial concepts to non-finance staff.
