Salary: ILS 4950 per month.

About the Role:
The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with partner organizations and health workers, while representing MAP in all project-related matters. The postholder will oversee healthcare service delivery to ensure compliance with clinical protocols and quality standards, monitor project data and indicators, and implement effective feedback mechanisms. They will be responsible for compiling regular reports on project performance and collaborating with partners to verify indicators. Additionally, the role includes supporting procurement and logistics processes, including rehabilitation works if needed. The postholder will also work closely with the Advocacy and Communication team to manage media requests, contribute to storytelling, and ensure the visibility of MAP’s work.

The ideal candidate will possess strong literacy, numeracy, analytical, and communication skills, supported by relevant qualifications or equivalent experience. They should have demonstrable experience in a similar role, preferably within an (I)NGO, with a solid background in managing procurement processes, stakeholder engagement, and project monitoring. Familiarity with data collection, analysis, and report writing is essential, along with knowledge of M&E tools, beneficiary feedback mechanisms, and emergency protocols. The role requires excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, strong planning and organizational abilities, and proficiency in MS Office—particularly Excel and Word—as well as in electronic data collection tools and mobile applications. A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are also key.
