About the Role

MAP is seeking a Rehabilitation Point Coordinator who will be responsible for: 
  • Leading and coordinating the delivery of rehabilitation services at the assigned location, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Supervising and supporting a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality case management and service delivery.
  • Managing the referral and follow-up process to ensure beneficiaries receive timely and appropriate support. 
  • Overseeing accurate data collection, reporting, and communication with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinating the distribution of assistive devices and non-food items, while maintaining proper inventory and documentation.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate has a degree in psychology, social work, sociology, or a related health field, with hands-on experience in rehabilitation and case management in multidisciplinary healthcare settings. They possess strong knowledge of humanitarian standards (Sphere, HAP, CHS), demonstrate advanced skills in data management and reporting, and are proficient in MS Office. The candidate can assess rehabilitation needs, coordinate referrals, maintain accurate records, and adapt to dynamic and high-pressure environments. Excellent organizational and supervisory skills, along with the ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively, is essential.
