About the Role:
As a Clinic Supervisor, you will play a central role in enhancing primary healthcare delivery in close coordination with the Ministry of Health. The position involves building strong partnerships with MoH staff and healthcare professionals to ensure effective collaboration. It requires overseeing clinic operations by managing staff performance and enforcing clinical protocols and infection prevention standards. The role also focuses on improving patient care pathways through strengthened referral systems and disease surveillance, monitoring clinic performance with accurate daily reporting, and leading beneficiary feedback mechanisms to drive service improvements. Additionally, the supervisor promotes continuous quality enhancements in clinic standards, information systems, and patient safety.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in medicine and bring substantial experience in managing and evaluating medical projects, particularly within hospital or clinic settings. A strong background in team supervision, patient flow coordination, and applying clinical and IPC protocols is essential. The candidate should be well-versed in health information systems, emergency procedures, and disease surveillance methodologies, with a proven ability to handle beneficiary feedback. Key strengths include effective communication in both English and Arabic, excellent reporting and analytical skills, and proficiency in digital tools, including MS Office and mobile data collection applications.
