About the Role:
MAP is seeking a pharmacist who will be responsible for ensuring the safe, effective, and efficient management of pharmaceutical and medical commodities by supervising prescription practices, maintaining accurate inventory and documentation, and overseeing storage and distribution processes in line with MAP’s standards. The pharmacist works closely with medical teams, storekeepers, and pharmacy staff to optimize patient care, uphold quality assurance, and support compliance with organizational protocols and health regulations.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Pharmacy and brings solid experience in managing pharmacy services and operations, including dispensing, drug usage monitoring, and regulatory compliance. They have a strong background in warehouse management, with proven ability to handle medical supplies, food items, and non-food items (NFIs), as well as manage inventories and use logistics databases for reporting. They possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Arabic, and are proficient in preparing clear reports. Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word, are essential for success in this role.
