Salary: ILS 9,209 per month

Reporting to: Technical Engineer Lead

About the Role:

The job involves overseeing and implementing civil engineering works, including excavation, concrete, masonry, finishing, and both structural and non-structural installations, with a focus on compliance with healthcare infrastructure standards. Responsibilities include reviewing design drawings, providing technical feedback, and ensuring alignment with project goals and budgets. The role requires creating detailed work plans and cost estimates, conducting site assessments, and managing resources for efficient execution. Quality control is a key aspect, including reviewing technical documents, monitoring compliance with international standards, and ensuring safety and environmental regulations are met. The position also involves comprehensive documentation and reporting, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, validating contractor claims, and contributing to tender preparation for upcoming construction projects.

The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Civil Engineering and possesses strong literacy, numeracy, analytical, and critical thinking skills, supported by relevant experience. They have extensive practical experience in construction project execution, particularly in healthcare or medical facility projects, including tender preparation and project assessments. The candidate is knowledgeable about emergency protocols and safety guidelines. Key skills include meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in reporting and data management, excellent communication in both English and Arabic, and advanced computer skills with MS Office and AutoCAD. They demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team, even under pressure.
