The Young Artists Forum was established in Ramallah at the end of 2002 as a non-profit cultural organization that specializes in training for children and youth in Visual Arts field.
The main goal of the Forum is to raise the standards of art education in society; especially among children and youth. In order to support the education/training process and develop the Art curriculum in the forum, we are looking for an intern, who has a passion for research and the visual arts.
As an Art curriculum developer, you will spend your time translating useful materials, reviewing old curriculum, observing trainers/teachers in the classroom and occasionally conduct meeting with teachers to discuss new instructional methods or strategies. In some cases, you may also be responsible for selecting specific textbooks online or anywhere based on the curriculum. The candidate will communicate with local and international Art organizations for the purpose of supporting new curriculum, with new materials and strategies.
Candidate with Art background is highly appreciated.
Contract period: 6 months

We are looking for a BA Degree in English literature, translation, Art or any related field.
We are particularly looking for a positive individual with strong English communication skills speaking and writing, good knowledge of Microsoft Office, self-motivated and willing to work hard, translate and re-search material that will lead to a modern Art curriculum. Our candidate should have analytical skills to test data and make recommendations and effective writing skills with sense of creativity.
