Video Tutorial and Documentation Specialist

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Tutorial and Documentation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll develop clear, engaging video tutorials and user-friendly documentation that help our SaaS customers get the most out of our platform.

Your primary tasks will include:

• Produce Engaging Video Tutorials: Create clear, concise, and engaging video walkthroughs that guide users through various modules and features of our SaaS software.
  
  
• Document New & Existing Features: Develop and update user guides and documentation that explain how to use our platform and its modules effectively.
  
  
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product, Development, and Onboarding teams to ensure documentation and tutorials are accurate, up-to-date, and reflect the latest SaaS features.
  
  
• Scriptwriting & Storyboarding: Develop detailed scripts and storyboards to ensure all videos are well-structured, consistent, and high quality.
  
  
• Maintain Resource Library: Organize and update a central library of videos and documentation that supports onboarding, training, and ongoing customer education.
  
  
• Research & Implement Best Practices: Stay up to date on SaaS industry documentation standards, customer education trends, and new video techniques.
• Release Notes: Collaborate closely with the Product team to review, enhance, and finalize release notes for every product update or new feature launch, ensuring they are accurate, user-friendly, and easy to understand.

• Proven experience creating tutorials and documentation for software applications.
• Fluent in the English language, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with video editing software and tools.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with SaaS software and cloud computing concepts is preferred.
