Deelzat’s main focus is to offer the end-to-end beyond sale solution to the social sellers, to be able to independently sell without worrying about the logistics and operations hassle. Deelzat is expecting candidates for the following positions:
Sales and Customer Care Officer: This position will be in-office for phone calls and Seller care
- Daily Phone calls
- Retention calls with existing sellers
- Maintaining existing sellers/Accounts and act as a professional contact to satisfy client needs.

- Certificate diploma in Business administration, or a related filed.
- Proven experience in customer care .
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
