Salary: ₪110,508 per annum

About the Role
MAP is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to lead high-volume recruitment in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The role is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle—from job advertising and candidate screening to interviews, onboarding, and compliance—while ensuring alignment with legal requirements and best HR practices. The Recruitment Officer will work closely with hiring managers and the People & Culture team to attract diverse talent, maintain accurate recruitment records, optimise systems, and uphold a strong employer brand. This role plays a key part in building and maintaining a robust talent pool to support MAP’s mission and organisational goals.

The Ideal Candidate
- Brings solid recruitment experience, preferably from (I)NGOs or humanitarian settings.
- Has a background in HR, with knowledge of UK and oPt employment laws and inclusive hiring.
- Confident using ATS platforms and HR systems.
- Communicates effectively in both English and Arabic.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Highly organised, self-driven, and able to juggle multiple roles with ease.
- Understands the local context and thrives in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
