Harri is looking for a Digital Acquisition Specialist to join the team in Ramallah office. The Digital Acquisition Specialist will develop, launch and optimize search engine marketing, display advertising, and paid social or mobile campaigns to deliver digital acquisition targets in an ROI-driven way. You will focus on analyzing and optimizing campaign performance and communicating results that will provide actionable takeaways. You must be passionate about using data to grow acquisition programs and able to leverage strong analytical skills in a fast paced, performance driven marketing culture.
Create, manage, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns. Including Paid Search, Display, and paid social channels.
Create, manage, execute and optimize email and automation campaigns
Track spend and help manage marketing spend on campaigns
Analyze results and effectiveness of paid acquisition programs using tools including Salesforce, Google Analytics, and others
Produce reports for each channel outlining results and opportunities for improvement
Create and Analyze effectiveness of landing pages
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales and creative team to ensure programs meet business objectives.
Partner with sales and product to understand target audience personas, messaging and content and translate those into targeted campaigns for various digital channels.
Highly motivated and organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Familiar with lead generation tactics
Strong understanding of how advertising and CRM systems work together to troubleshoot and verify lead flows
Comfortable with data retrieval, manipulation, analysis and insight generation.
Metrics-driven mentality, with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Expertise in, or ability to quickly learn tools, such as Google Analytics, Salesforce.com, Marketing Automation Tools
3+ years of experience in online acquisition, managing Google AdWords, Bing AdCenter, Facebook and LinkedIn campaigns
Strong Reporting Skills
