Customer Experience Officer - Back Office Sales (Tele-Sales)
Responsible for efficient management of the customer life cycle to meet company’s objectives of profitability, customer success and stakeholder experience.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Implement an effective customer relationship management system to foster customer loyalty
- Oversee the day to day customer operations to ensure delightful customer experience at all stages of the customer engagement
- Assist the Directors in establishing coordination with the Territory Dealership account manager and Finance Department to deliver seamless customer service
- Managing calls (Incoming & Outgoing ) and customer service inquiries.
- Qualifying sales leads / Loan application to match with Lenders Criteria.
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

- 3-5 years of experience in Tele- sales , Automotive Background / Financial Background is a + .
- Proven Sales support experience or experience as a Customer success officer .
- Track record of over-achieving target .
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- BA Degree In Business / Financing / Accounting / Marketing or any other relative Major.
