Job Summary:

The Site Management Field Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of site-level operations, ensuring that all activities are implemented in accordance with project objectives, technical standards, and timelines. This role entails overseeing site conditions, coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring service delivery, and addressing operational challenges as they arise. The Field Supervisor ensures that the site is safe, functional, and responsive to the needs of affected populations while upholding quality, accountability, and compliance with humanitarian standards.

Main Tasks and Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site-level activities and field personnel.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety protocols, and organizational policies.
• Monitor progress and quality of services or site-related interventions, making adjustments as needed.
• Communicate effectively with project manager, relevant stakeholders, and field team members.
• Prepare daily or weekly reports on site conditions, service delivery, and operational progress.
• Identify and address issues, risks, or delays affecting sites.
• Provide on-site training, orientation, and guidance to field staff as required.

Qualifications, Requirements, and Competences:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, social worker, Economic, or any related specialty.
•  Minimum 3 years of field supervision work experience
• Proven experience in field supervision or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems effectively and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.

• Excellent interpersonal and representational skills
• Works well in and promotes teamwork, comfortable in a multi-cultural environment, flexible and able to handle pressure effectively and productively;
• Safety and security aware, driven and self-starting, resilient and emotionally intelligent;

• Awareness of industry trends, technology, and developments.
• Very good in spoken and written English, additional languages an advantage.

• Excellent computer skills (MS Publisher, MS Word and Excel)
• He must not be an employee in other institutions.
