Here at Human Appeal we have an exciting opportunity for Procurement Officer, to be based at our Gaza office Palestine.

Main Purpose:
To provide comprehensive services for the Orphans & Child Welfare (OCW) Program. The role focuses on enrolling new orphans, verifying the conditions of active sponsored orphans, initiating medical check-ups, collecting and reporting data, and developing detailed case studies and success stories. These efforts will contribute to establishing a dedicated community platform for all Human Appeal orphans, especially under the challenging circumstances in the Gaza Strip.
Accountabilities:
- Register New Orphans and Upload Attachments: Enroll new orphans into the system and upload all required file attachments on Salesforce.
- Verify Conditions and Conduct Check-Ups: Initiate the first verification of active sponsored orphans’ conditions and begin medical check-ups for all orphans
- Data Collection and Reporting: Collaborate with team members to gather data, compile insights, and generate clear, straightforward reports in both English and Arabic on the status of orphans.
- Case Studies and Success Stories:Conduct detailed case studies and develop compelling success stories that highlight individual experiences and outcomes.

- This role is fixed-term with a possibility of extension depending on organizational needs and the office expansion

Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in English / French Language, Buisness Administration, Social Work or any related discipline from an accredited institution.
Experience:
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in humanitarian field or a similar role.
Computer Skills:
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
Languages:
Languages: Proficient in English and Arabic.
