Sales, Pre-Sales & Marketing Officer

Job Purpose:
The Sales, Pre-Sales & Marketing Officer is a hybrid role responsible for driving business growth by combining strategic marketing, solution-oriented pre-sales support, and client-focused sales execution. The role involves promoting cybersecurity services, generating leads, creating compelling content, presenting tailored technical solutions, and converting opportunities into successful deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients in the public and private sectors.

Present the company’s cybersecurity services and products to clients and stakeholders.

Prepare commercial offers and participate in the negotiation and closing of deals.

Maintain sales pipelines and achieve quarterly targets.

Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement.
Pre-Sales Responsibilities:

Work with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Design and propose tailored cybersecurity solutions in coordination with technical teams.

Deliver product demos, technical workshops, and solution presentations.

Contribute to the preparation of technical documents, RFP/RFI responses, and proposals.

Act as the technical point of contact during the sales process, ensuring clarity and alignment.
Marketing Responsibilities:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital & traditional) to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

Develop marketing content such as brochures, case studies, newsletters, and social media posts.

Manage and update the company’s website and social media platforms.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and generate marketing reports.

Organize promotional events, webinars, and represent the company in cybersecurity conferences.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–4 years of combined experience in sales, pre-sales, and/or marketing, preferably in a technology or cybersecurity company.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity products, services, and trends.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), and marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, HubSpot) is a plus.

Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (written and verbal).

Strong presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
