The Palestine India Techno Park (PITP) is a non-profit research and innovation hub established in 2016 to support the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Palestine. We provide essential infrastructure, entrepreneurship programs, technology transfer offices, innovation labs, and research initiatives aimed at promoting science, technology, and innovation while bridging the gap between academia and the business sector.

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead our incubation and acceleration programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from concept development to execution and evaluation. This role requires a strong focus on supporting innovative entrepreneurs and start-ups while ensuring that all projects align with PITP’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Management

• Lead and manage incubation and acceleration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and measurable outcomes.
  
  
• Develop detailed work plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones and key outputs.
  
  
• Identify and mitigate project risks, manage issues proactively, and ensure timely resolution.
  
  

Program Development & Execution

• Design, implement, and oversee incubation and acceleration programs tailored to the needs of entrepreneurs at various stages (ideation, growth, investment, and scale-up).
  
  
• Monitor and manage the progress of incubatees, ensuring adherence to timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  
  

Conduct post-program evaluations to assess impact, document lessons learned, and propose improvements. 

Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting

• Monitor and evaluate project activities using standard tools; analyze results and provide regular progress reports.
  
  
• Conduct field visits, participate in review meetings and evaluation missions, and ensure timely and accurate reporting from partners.
  
  
• Draft and manage work plans and reporting systems in coordination with project partners and stakeholders.
  
  

Entrepreneur & Partner Support

• Provide high-quality support to entrepreneurs throughout their development journey.
  
  
• Qualify and evaluate program applicants based on innovation, readiness, and potential for acceleration or investment.
  
  
• Offer managerial support to implementing partners to ensure effective delivery of sub-contracts and funded projects.
  
  

Financial Oversight

• Ensure efficient planning, tracking, and management of financial resources, in compliance with internal policies and donor requirements.
  
  
• Monitor project expenditures and disbursements to ensure alignment with approved budgets and funding targets.
  
  

Fundraising & Investment Facilitation

• Support startups in their fundraising efforts by connecting them with relevant investors, networks, and funding opportunities.
  
  

Community Engagement & Stakeholder Communication

• Develop and implement a strategy to engage key stakeholders, including startups, investors, mentors, donors, and industry experts.
  
  
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates, manage expectations, and strengthen collaboration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• +7 years of relevant work experience in project management, particularly with entrepreneurs, start-ups, or incubation consultancy.
• Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with start-ups, entrepreneurs, mentors, universities, research institutions, and investors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for emerging technologies and innovation.
• Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational priorities.
• Valid Driving licenses.
