-Ensure all activities are implemented in accordance with the project’s concept & prepared work plans.
-Produce progress monthly reports, and any update on each activity, achievement, and constraints faced, and produce final reports.
-Monitor project outcomes and to ensure all activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
-Coordinate with the different PPC staff, partners, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure better management and effective implementation of the project plan.
- Implement the project activities while adhering to excellence and quality standards in a manner that is consistent with the PPC’s principles, mission, and vision.
-Organize all related logistical arrangements for the implementation of the planned activities.
- Monitoring the financial aspect of the work to ensure the compliance with the approved financial procedures.
-Conduct field visits and follow up activities with partners and beneficiaries.
-Submit the required reports and other requirements in line with the approved deadlines and formats.
-Compile, maintain, and document the projects/s related reports, daily work records, and other relevant documents.

-Bachelor’s degree in business, social sciences, or any other related fields.
- Two years’ experience in coordinating projects implemented by CSOs.
- Excellent knowledge of English, both writing and speaking.
