Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Palestinian Sales & Procurement Manager to join our Riyadh team. This strategic role is responsible for leading the sales & procurement department, managing supplier relationships, and driving overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our suppliers across Saudi Arabia.

Lead and train the internal sales & procurement team to improve performance and results.

Identify new business opportunities, negotiate pricing and deals with suppliers.

Coordinate supplier visits, product sourcing, and negotiations across various building material categories.

Monitor procurement KPIs and optimize supplier performance.

Support sales team in project-based selling and customer acquisition.

Ensure competitive product pricing and stock availability.

Represent YouMats at industry events and exhibitions when needed.

Qualifications

Palestinian nationality (preferred)

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, sales, or supplier management (preferably in building materials)

Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
