Job Responsibilities

We are looking to speak with individuals who have prior experience in customer success or sales & account management to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. This person will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential and be driven to progress their career by joining a dynamic and fast-growing company. You will have a proven track record in generating revenue & managing relationships, be highly organized, analytical and proactive, and be a positive and enthusiastic team player. 

Job Location: Ramallah, Palestine

  • Strategically identify, qualify and convert new people to use our products and services
  • Proactively outreach to help our patients maximize the benefit of their Alma Health App
  • Generate and be responsible for your own portfolio of people through a one-to-many model 
  • Manage cancellation requests from your portfolio of patients and follow the defined processes in order to retain them
  • Delivering scripted talks that describe the company’s products or services and acquire new patients
    - Completing surveys to obtain information about potential new insights/products that can be developed to improve Alma Health's patients experience
  • Grow an existing portfolio of clients by following your account management process
  • Identify upsell opportunities from the existing client base
  • Clearly communicate value propositions, intimately matching solutions to people’s needs that have been identified and uncovered.
  • Utilize data to your advantage to assist with meeting and exceeding challenging predefined targets
  • Be equally comfortable in prospecting new clients as providing first-class account management

متطلبات الوظيفة


  • Graduate Degree or Higher Qualification preferably in BS/MS
  • Must speak English fluently (read, speak & write)
  • Minimum 2-year experience in any of the following fields: sales, telemarketing, customer success, account management
  • A person who loves interacting with people and helping them achieve the best outcomes possible 
  • Customer-focused mindset, the customer is at the core of everything you do
  • A fast learner who can navigate through ambiguity 
  • Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams 
  • Comfortable working on monthly targets
