About the Role
MAP is seeking a Logistics Assistant to provide essential support in office operations, procurement, and logistics. The role includes coordinating accommodation and hotel bookings for staff, guests, and volunteers; managing office supplies; and ensuring a functional work environment. The logistics assistant will support maintenance of office equipment, process administrative payments, maintain contract trackers, and assist in planning internal events and trainings. In procurement, the officer will assist in preparing tender documents and RFQs, collecting quotations, facilitating bid evaluations, and liaising with suppliers to ensure compliance with MAP’s policies. The role also includes updating procurement documentation, supporting warehouse coordination, and verifying deliveries. Additional responsibilities include supporting the health insurance procurement process and ensuring timely follow-up on employee claims and services.
