HR and Administration Manager

Imagry is building the world’s first mapless autonomous driving platform. Our approach fundamentally transforms autonomous mobility from research to reality by pushing the boundaries of Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence. Imagry is rapidly expanding its manpower and operations and, now is looking for HR and Admin Manager to contribute on overall processes, recruiting and managing operations in its Rawabi/Ramallah office which is over 50 employees. 

Tasks:

General administration of HR and administrative affairs.  
Identifies responsibilities to be performed and dividing them among staff in order to optimize efficiency and productivity at a relatively short period of time. 
Ensures that the training and development requirement of the staff are identified and arrange appropriate training programs in order to increase the effectiveness of the staff. 
Arranges/organizes/prepares submission of Admin Capital, Manpower and Operating budgets. 
Monitors smooth and accurate functioning of payroll, annual increments, promotional process, staff alterations claims and benefits in accordance with terms and conditions of service and as per policies & procedures. 
Ensures employees total satisfaction through provision of high quality of service. Maintains friendly relations to keep staff in their track.  
Initiates recruitment and selection to fill vacant positions 
Develops and implements HR policies and updates HR Manual accordingly. 
Analyses staff issues and resolves in a timely manner. 
Initiates setting of yearly Performance objectives, reviews and evaluation. 
Arranges review and update of existing job descriptions in a periodical manner. 
Liaises with internal and external auditors. 
Ensures that all HR processes and procedures/policies are effectively implemented. 
Provides an effective administration service to ensure all staff are provided with the infrastructure and support the requirement to operate effectively. 
Carries out any other duties as assigned by the Management. 
Experience in High Tech companies is a plus. 
English proficiency is a must.

Qualification:  

Degree: University Degree in Human Resources/Business Management or equivalent. 

Minimal Work Experience:  5 Years. 

Location: Rawabi/Ramallah.
