The HR and Admin assistant will assist in functional areas of Human Resources Management and Adminstartion, including:
Recruitment and Staffing:
- Post job announcements on effective recruitment channels.
- Arrange schedules and appointments with candidates.
- Assist in specific rounds of the hiring process and various employer branding activities.
- Control employees’ data and documents.
- Assist in conducting internal training courses.
- Register external training programs for employees.
- Control training hours and training records.
- Implement entry and exit procedures for employees.
- Organize internal integration/ employee engagement events and activities.
- Monitoring time attendance and reporting.
- Help in annual performance evaluation.
- Perform administrative activities of the office in coordiantion with service providers including cleaning, hospitality
and internet providers ...etc.
- Procurment, getting price offers for office equipment and stationaries.
- Obtain visa, work permit, and travel agency coordiantion.
- Handling insurance profiles including workers, health and 3rd party insurance.
- Petty cash management and invoicing.

- B.A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant fields.
- +2 Years of Experience
- Experience in Hi-Tech compaines is a plus.
- Interested in developing a career in Human Resource Management Field.
- Having excellent command of English.
- Hard-working, willing to learn new things, and having can-do-attitude.
- Detail-oriented, and well-organized.
- Honest, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
- Pro-active and creative.
