Position Title: Field Supervisors

The Requirement is one engineer at the following Locations.

Locations: Jenin, Tolkarem

Starting Date: 1st of August 2025

This has been accomplished through creative programs and transparent management and through technical practices to contribute to the establishment of a free and democratic Palestinian society with the values of social justice.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Conduct daily field visits to monitor the progress and quality of works.

- Ensure that all activities adhere to the approved technical specifications and safety standards, and contribute in supplies distribution if needed.

- Use monitoring tools (e.g., checklists, forms) to record field observations.

- Report any deviations or delays immediately to the Project manager.

- Liaise with community protection committees, community leaders and beneficiaries to support participatory project implementation.

- Has a good background on Safeguarding & PSEA.

- Gather community feedback on service delivery to inform program improvements.

- Prepare and submit daily or weekly field reports, including photos and GPS coordinates when required.

- Maintain detailed field logs and records for all project activities.

- Attend internal coordination meetings, technical briefings, and relevant training sessions.

- Ensure that all field documentation is clear, complete, and compliant with PARC or donor requirements.

Qualifications:

• bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 year of experience in humanitarian or community projects.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with communities.
• A strong background in the NGO sector and particularly agricultural.
• Extensive experience working with public and private sector partners.
• Ability to work under pressure and in remote areas.
• Strong fieldwork experience, including monitoring of activities.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and respond effectively to changing conditions in the field.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work respectfully with diverse communities.
• Proficiency in Arabic (mandatory) and preferable good command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Computer requirements: User level of Microsoft Office Excel and/or software for collecting and data analysis.
• Ability to gathering the field information using the digital applications, e.g: KOBO..
