Fnarsoft the founder of the global freight forwarding management software, Logitude World (www.logitudeworld.com) which is used in more than 60 countries around the world. 
We are seeking a highly motivated personnel for the following challenging and rewarding opportunity.

Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
Location: Ramallah
Position Type: Full time - Permanent

Duties:

  • Establish new customers’ relationships as much as possible.
  • Present and demonstrate the solution to potential customers to meet the sales goals.
  • Support customers’ requests via Tickets system.
  • Provide trainings to customers.
  • New customers’ setup and implementation.
  • Building new documents and reports.

  • Proficiency in English (Oral and Written)
  • Excellent communication skills and self-confidence
