Career Services Officer
Vacancy Description:
Axsos Academy is looking for a Career Service Officer to support and improve student employability outcomes through structured career support, employer coordination, and job readiness interventions. This role plays a key part in preparing our students for real-world opportunities and connecting them with hiring partners locally and internationally. You’ll work across departments to ensure students are career-ready and supported throughout their job-seeking journey.

Your Responsibilities:
1- Graduate Employability & Readiness:
Conduct regular 1:1 check-ins with job-seeking students to track progress and provide guidance.
Review CVs, LinkedIn profiles, and portfolios; provide feedback and approve when ready.
Coordinate and help execute mock interviews, personal branding sessions, and other workshops.
Track job-seeking activity and maintain accurate records on student progress and outcomes.
2- Employer Coordination & Partnerships:
Support outreach to hiring companies in Palestine and abroad.
Assist in organizing employer-facing events: hiring days, info sessions, and virtual meetups.
Maintain a structured and updated CRM with employer contacts, feedback, and opportunities.
3- Data & Reporting:
Track and update placement data, interview activity, and student-employer engagements.
Support in preparing reports on cohort-level employability outcomes and engagement.
4- Cross-Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with the teaching team to flag at-risk students or readiness gaps.
Coordinate with marketing for success stories and employer testimonials.
Support Finance and Scholarships team in verifying employment for funders.
Your Profile:
- 3–5 years of experience in career services, recruitment, HR, or job placement roles
- Strong understanding of the tech job market or experience working with tech talent (Full Stack, Data, QA is a plus)
- Demonstrated experience in candidate support or partnership coordination
- Strong communication, follow-up, and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using CRMs or job-tracking tools
- Passionate about youth development, career coaching, and making a social impact
- Fluent in Arabic and English
