uWave (read “You Wave”) Semiconductor is a research and development startup specializing in the design of Analog-Mixed Signal Integrated Circuits (ICs). Our primary focus is developing low-power RF AMS products that serve a wide range of industries. We are a fast-growing deep-tech company based in Palestine, working at the forefront of semiconductor innovation.
About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and represent uWave across local and international platforms. If you're passionate about innovation and have a strong business sense, this role offers you the opportunity to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships and collaborations with industry players, research institutions, and potential clients
- Represent uWave in exhibitions, networking events, and industry conferences
- Lead and support sales and marketing efforts for our products and services
- Help shape and implement our growth strategy, aligning with the company’s vision

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field with at least 5 years of experience
- MBA preferred
- Excellent English and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably in the tech industry
- Ability to build relationships with potential new clients and partners
- Strong organizational and presentation skills
- Independent, proactive, and comfortable working in a startup environment
