About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and represent uWave across local and international platforms. If you're passionate about innovation and have a strong business sense, this role offers you the opportunity to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships and collaborations with industry players, research institutions, and potential clients
• Represent uWave in exhibitions, networking events, and industry conferences
• Lead and support sales and marketing efforts for our products and services
• Help shape and implement our growth strategy, aligning with the company’s vision

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field with at least 5 years of experience
• MBA preferred
• Excellent English and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven track record in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably in the tech industry
• Ability to build relationships with potential new clients and partners
• Strong organizational and presentation skills
• Independent, proactive, and comfortable working in a startup environment
