Utility Accountants, Tariff Department

Palestinian electricity regulatory council (PERC) was established by the National Authority in 2010. PERC will be responsible for the organization of the electricity sector in Palestine. PERC is seeking
to recruit dynamic and highly motivated Palestinian citizens for the following positions:


PERC # 5 Utility Accountants, Tariff Department

Responsible for providing support for all tariff related cases and analysis.

Main Qualifications:
1-Bachelor’s degree in accounting, and/or recognized certification in accounting.
2-2-3 years related professional experience.
3-Private sector experience preferred, and/or public utility experience a strong plus.
4-Computer literate in at least Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required, also English fluency is required, in addition to good knowledge of Bisan Enterprise, Knowledge of International Accounting Standards.
