A leading company in Palestine is seeking a skilled professional Radio Access Network Engineer to join their team.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for manage and oversee all aspects of Radio Access Network (RAN) planning, deployment, optimization, and maintenance to ensure reliable and high-performance mobile network services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and optimization of RAN to ensure network performance meets key targets
• Manage the deployment and integration of RAN solutions in alignment with organizational strategies
• Supervise team activities to ensure efficient project execution and network operations
• Collaborate with vendors for RAN upgrades, new feature implementation, and system troubleshooting
• Monitor and evaluate RAN KPIs to identify and resolve network performance issues
• Develop and implement strategies for capacity planning and coverage improvement
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
• Provide technical guidance and training to the team to enhance their expertise
• Prepare reports on network performance, project progress, and challenges for senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Hold a Blue Israeli ID
