Project Assistant
We are looking for a Project Assistant to support the ICLA Department, specifically the ICLA Information Unit. The role involves timely and accurate entry of monthly reports and KOBO intake form data into the MIS system. It also includes assisting with outcome surveys, supporting qualitative data collection, and handling related administrative tasks, follwoing is a brief role description.
Generic Responsibilities:
- Follow up on compliance with contractual commitments across the programme, ensure high technical quality and synergies in project assignments
- Ensure the tasks and actions implementation are organized and deliver in line with the ICLA team priorities and standards
- Use initiative in day-to-day problem solving in line with agreed procedures, priorities and standards for the area of work
- Ensure proper filing of documents, as per the NRC standard and Country Office procedures
Specific Responsibilities:
- Inserting ICLA monthly reports (partners and consultants reports including the internal intake forms, etc…) to ICLA MIS, with its different components (cases, counselling, para legal, etc…)
- Perform data quality check and verification for inserted data.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in performing data entry tasks.
- Assist in conducting outcome surveys with precision for accurate data collection.
- Collaborate with the team for effective data management processes.
- Maintain effective communication with the information unit to address data-related issues.
- Provide regular reports on progress and challenges to the supervisor.

Generic Professional Competencies:
- University degree in social services, administration, information management, or any related field.
- Fluency in both written and oral Arabic.
- Good English skills

- Attention to details to verify and authenticate entered data.
- Strong and effective communication skills with beneficiaries.
- Experience in navigating and operating within challenging and unstable environments, disaster preparedness, response and recovery programming.
