Lead Biomedical Engineer

As Biomedical Lead Engineer, you will play a hybrid role that combines technical responsibilities with commercial involvement. You will support the sales team during client visits and lead technical activities such as installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, and after-sales support for advanced medical and laboratory equipment.

The role also involves working with equipment that integrates hardware and software systems, often requiring basic networking knowledge and familiarity with system configuration and software deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments and ensure readiness for product deployment.
• Install, maintain, and service biomedical and laboratory equipment.
• Support the sales and marketing teams during client visits and product discussions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for training and technical support.
• Help establish internal workflows, service protocols, and technical documentation.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a closely related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in biomedical engineering or technical field service in healthcare or laboratory settings.
• Basic knowledge of networking and software setup for integrated systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and quick to learn new systems and technologies.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for site visits.
• Must be a resident of Ramallah.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to customer-facing roles in sales or technical support.
• Experience with laboratory or IVF-related medical devices.
• Initiative and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
