DevOps Engineer (AI/GPU Infrastructure)
Job Description
Business Alliance HR is recruiting a DevOps Engineer (AI/GPU Infrastructure) for a High Tech Company offering digital healthcare solutions, located in Ramallah, Palestine.
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with a strong background in cloud-native technologies and a solid understanding of GPU infrastructure for AI/ML workloads. The ideal candidate will help scale our infrastructure, support GPU-enabled environments, and manage Kubernetes clusters and CI/CD pipelines in production.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, manage, and optimize Kubernetes clusters and GitOps pipelines using ArgoCD.
- Build and maintain CI/CD workflows, infrastructure automation, and system observability.
- Administer and secure Linux systems and cloud environments (OCI).
- Manage and troubleshoot PostgreSQL and MySQL databases.
- Support and maintain GPU-based AI infrastructure, including NVIDIA GPUs, CUDA drivers, and AI frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Resolve issues related to containers, networking, GPU scheduling, and deployments.

Job Requirements
Special Requirements & Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Docker.
- Strong Linux system administration and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience managing PostgreSQL and MySQL databases.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
- Working knowledge of GPU infrastructure and AI/ML workload environments:
- NVIDIA GPUs, CUDA stack, GPU provisioning and monitoring.
- AI frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow (basic setup and tuning).
- Experience with OCI or other cloud providers.
- Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
Years of experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field.
