About the Role 

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect with 3 to 5 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in BIM (Revit), with a strong background in architectural design development and technical coordination across disciplines such as MEP and structural. This role also requires experience in preparing accurate quantities, specifications, and construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and refine architectural designs from concept to detailed documentation. 

• Use Revit as a primary tool for modeling, documentation, and coordination. 

• Collaborate with structural and MEP engineers to ensure smooth integration of design elements. 

• Prepare detailed construction drawings, schedules, and specifications. 

• Assist in reviewing and validating BOQs. 

• Participate in design reviews and coordination meetings. 

• Ensure compliance with Jordanian local codes, standards, and project requirements.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. 

• 3–5 years of professional experience in architectural design and documentation. 

• Advanced proficiency in Revit (BIM modeling, worksharing, templates, families). 

• Strong knowledge of design detailing, materials, and construction methods. 

• Proven experience coordinating with MEP and structural disciplines. 

• Experience in quantity take-offs and preparing specifications. 

• Familiarity with relevant codes and standards. 

• Strong organizational and communication skills. 

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 

• Strong communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a remote setting.
