Role Overview: 

As a Development Architect at Konn, you will be working on the architectural design and technical development of our home products. This includes conceptual design, technical development, multi-disciplinary coordination, BIM modeling, rendering and architectural presentations, and producing technical drawings for construction. 

Work Location:  Amman (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:  

• To design homes, themes, and interiors that suit different markets  

• To design and produce the architectural solutions of the product and projects and ensure coordination between all disciplines  

• To build the building information model according to the architectural concept and BIM library components  

• To ensure compliance with user needs and experience in the product and project  

• To develop and document the product technical specifications  

• To build digital building models for manufacturing and assembly and produce execution documents  

• Implement a working system to ensure conformity and accuracy in the design process 

• Ensure products adhere to company and industry quality standards 

• To prepare project execution drawings and IFC packages for execution 

• To coordinate structural, mechanical, and electrical designs with the architectural 

• To support the product development team in any design and technical aspects
• To ensure high-quality project delivery by supporting teams on site

Qualifications: 

• University degree in architectural engineering from a reputable university with high scores 

• Practical experience 1-3 years   

• Fluency in Arabic and English languages written and spoken  

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Adobe applications 

• Ability to produce high-quality architectural renderings. 

• Highly self-motivated and disciplined professional with a strong commitment to delivering quality work on time and ensuring a thorough, reliable approach to tasks. 

• Ability to work well with teams remotely or in person and have good communication skills  

• Ability to learn and develop quickly
