Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
Job Description
A prominent real estate development company, developing a prestigious mixed-use Project including residential, commercial, tourist and entertainment lands, seeks to recruit Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage office tasks including answers phone calls, write memos in English and Arabic, filing, photocopying, and exercising good judgment on all matters.
- Answer telephone inquiries from customers, attend to visitors and assist other staff in the Company with their enquiries.
- Manage customer calls and Visits.
- Continuously update different company documents: agreements, sales manuals…etc.
- Support administrative requirements of multiple departments.
- Implement all standards relating to Customer contacts.
- Ensure that the manager is informed of all problems and potential problems in the showroom.
- Ensure that the phone does not stay busy for long times.
- Transfer calls to the users.
- Maintains address, telephone, file and visitor’s lists.
- Maintains the reception area.
- Assist in any other related tasks.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- University Degree in English literature or Business Administration or any related field.
- Fresh graduate or one to two year of experience in administrative work.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic: reading, writing, and conversational.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office Applications.
- Excellent Interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to flexible schedules and working hours.
- Ability to work in a team environment and can work under pressure.
