Supply Chain & Procurement Assistant
الوصف الوظيفي
We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Supply Chain Assistant to support and optimize our procurement and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing end-to-end supply chain processes, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely availability of products.
Responsabilites:
•Plan and oversee the complete supply chain cycle, including procurement, storage, transportation, and distribution.
•Manage and execute purchasing activities from both local and international suppliers.
•Build strategic relationships with vendors and negotiate optimal terms and pricing.
•Prepare analytical reports related to operations performance, inventory levels, and transportation costs.
•Coordinate effectively with internal departments (warehouse, sales, finance) to ensure continuity of supply.
•Improve operational performance while reducing costs without compromising quality.
•Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest data-driven enhancements.

متطلبات الوظيفة
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering .
•Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain or procurement.
•Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Shamel).
•Excellent negotiation and analytical skills with strong problem-solving abilities.
•Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
