Job Summary

Manages the Handsets Sales Department in order to achieves the overall targets and manages all daily operation activities, this includes managing territories, key accounts, profitability and observing competitors moves.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Develops and implements strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and collection targets.

Leads the sales team, sets performance goals, and monitors Sales Supervisors and their journey plans.

Maintains strong relationships with key accounts and manages wholesalers based on sales targets.

Reviews sales performance regularly, addresses complaints, and adjusts plans as needed.

Tracks receivables, and ensures targets are aligned with inventory and profitability.

Monitors market trends and competitor activities to refine strategy and product offerings.

متطلبات الوظيفة

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.

7 years of experience in Sales Management.

Resident at Ramallah or Albiereh.

Holding a driving license.
