Planning and organizing, supervision and evaluation of sales activities. He is also responsible for identifying the needs and qualifications of the department.
-Make a plan for the strategy of the selling activity includes: setting the goals and drawing up the sales practices within the company such as policies for product and policies for prices, promotion and communication with the target markets.
-Organization of sales activities, which include organizing sales efforts through the development of an effective organizational structure since the sales team are the link between the company and its customers.
-Execution of sales activities identified in the sales plan.
-Oversee and direct the sales team's efforts.
-Coordination of sales activities with other departments such as marketing, procurement, warehousing and finance.
-Monitoring and evaluation of sales activities, including identifying sales areas, identifying sales team’s routes, determining sales margins, receiving reports on sales activities, evaluating their results and taking appropriate corrective measures to improve performance.
-Participate in the selection and employment of sales team in terms of description of the work and the required identified qualifications.
-Determine the needs of the sales team of the training and the type of training required for each individual.
-Motivate sales team to identify different incentive methods and constantly search for rewards that stimulate sales efforts through the construction and development of an effective compensation system
-Modify the efforts of sales team in terms of identifying effective and objective evaluation system to reach a logical judgment on the performance of sales team.
-Submit periodic reports on sales to the administration.
- Bachelor degree in business, trade or any related specialization, Master degree is preferable
- Minimum experience of 5 years in a similar field
- Ability to work under pressure
