Brief about Company:

City Grand Mall is a new company in Palestine which amid to administrate and manage, one of its projects is the city Grand mall which is under construction located in the center of Ramallah City. The mall will contain many branded shops, coffee shops, restaurants, entertaining places and many other new places in the country.

Financial manager

Job Objective: Providing all services related to financial affairs, including financial services to the various organizational units of the company, in order to help to perform its functions, increase its efficiency and effectiveness.

Job specifications:

-Preserving, following up the assets of the company and opening statistical records to monitor the movement of fixed assets

-Preparing estimated financial budgets for the company and submitting them to the manager.
-Ability to read and analyze financial data.

-Preparation of financial reports to analyze the results of the financial activities of the company in order compare them with estimated plans and budgets, also to provide the highest administration with the necessary suggestions and recommendations.
-To carry out all financial affairs and services, including accounts, revenues and expenses, in order to guide and coordinate the work, to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of performance in them, to achieve harmony and complementarity among them and to consider all the issues that appear in this regard.
-Work on the implementation of regulations, decisions and instructions of financial issues in order to circulate and explain it to all other departments in the company that will lead to the dissemination of transparency in the financial practices in the company.
-Participate in the meetings of committees related to the fields of financial management.
-Liaise and coordinate with governmental and non-governmental aspects related to financial affairs activities, exchange data and information in accordance with the financial rules and instructions.
-Coordination with other departments in the company through meetings and periodic communications, to determine their needs of financial facilities and services to offer them in order to facilitate the work of these units and to help them to complete the work entrusted to them.
-Participate in the preparation of the estimated budget, coordinate to tighten control over the basic expenses and other expenses and study the negative and positive deviations resulting from the comparison of the actual exponent then raise these reports to the owners.
-Presenting suggestions to have appropriate liquidity to increase the revenues of the company.
-Following up the actual exchange movement, feeding current accounts to meet exported checks and coordinating with banks on scheduling the transfers and overdrafts.
-To put instructions about closed accounts before the end of the financial year, forming the necessary committees, preparing the approvals on the debit, credit balances, current bank accounts and investment accounts then raising those instructions to the administration.
-Work on preparing the final accounts of the company which must be approved by the owner of the company.
-Provide advices and opinions to all the administrative units of the company in all issues related to financial affairs and processing each problem in this regard.
-Updating and organizing records, data and statistics related to the activities of the administration and preserving them, and providing the competent authorities with reports, information and data in accordance with the rules and instructions.
-Determine the administrative needs of the workforce, equipment, tools and follow up their availability.
-Prepare periodic reports on the achievements of management and giving proposals for the development of performance to be submitted to the CEO.
-Any other duties assigned to the company's financial field.

-Bachelor degree in financial science or any related specialization, Master degree is preferable
-Minimum experience of 5 years in a similar field
-Ability to work under pressure
