Your mission? To capture a picture-perfect moment with every customer interaction and elevate the experience beyond expectation.
Your Frame of Work:

Greet every visitor with genuine warmth and professionalism

Ensure customer enthusiasm by applying company standards in every contact

Handle incoming calls promptly and transfer efficiently—no long holds allowed

Maintain a polished, welcoming reception area

Coordinate meetings, pickups, meals, and logistics smoothly

Follow up with customers post-appointment—track “shows” and “no-shows”

Report potential issues to the manager early—be the eyes and ears of the showroom

Spot opportunities to improve service and share them with the team

Stay ahead with tidy records and thoughtful admin support

What You’ll Bring to the Desk:

BA in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong writing and presentation skills for professional communication
