Your Frame of Work:

  • Greet every visitor with genuine warmth and professionalism

  • Ensure customer enthusiasm by applying company standards in every contact

  • Handle incoming calls promptly and transfer efficiently—no long holds allowed

  • Maintain a polished, welcoming reception area

  • Coordinate meetings, pickups, meals, and logistics smoothly

  • Follow up with customers post-appointment—track “shows” and “no-shows”

  • Report potential issues to the manager early—be the eyes and ears of the showroom

  • Spot opportunities to improve service and share them with the team

  • Stay ahead with tidy records and thoughtful admin support

Job Requirements

What You’ll Bring to the Desk:

  • BA in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong writing and presentation skills for professional communication

  • ️ Fluent in both Arabic and English, with outstanding interpersonal skills
