Position Title: Multi-Purpose Cash Assistance Project Coordinator
Duration: Six months (renewable)
Start Date: 18 July 2025
Location: Al-Zawaida – Unlimited Friends Association for Social Development (Educational Center)
Direct Supervisor: Food Security and Livelihood Program Coordinator
Reporting Staff: Field Monitors and Field Researchers
Project Title: Enhancing the Resilience of Vulnerable Palestinian Families in Deir Al-Balah and Khan Younis through food and basic needs assistance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Participate in field assessments, data collection, focus group discussions, awareness sessions, and coordinate with the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) team to achieve evaluation goals.
- Support the efficient and effective implementation of all project activities and events in coordination with project staff and relevant stakeholders, ensuring that activities are executed as per the project timeline.
- Organize and conduct awareness sessions with target groups and deliver training programs for members of the Community Emergency Network.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to support project activities.
- Prepare monthly and weekly work plans for the project.
- Develop administrative M&E tools in line with project activities.
- Monitor and evaluate project activities regularly to ensure the project's success.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports and relevant documents related to project activities.
- Assist in organizing and preparing meetings, workshops, and training sessions for the Community Emergency Response Network.
- Raise awareness among community members about the project and its objectives.
- Contribute to developing the project activity plan in alignment with the project timeline.
- Ability to manage and coordinate Zoom meetings in both Arabic and English.
- Submit necessary M&E reports as required.
Work Development:
- Support the direct supervisor in developing work plans.
- Organize community awareness sessions on social issues such as education, health, and human rights.
- Collaborate with advocacy teams to promote policies that improve the social conditions of target groups.
Quality Assurance:
- Assist the direct supervisor in ensuring the application of institutional quality standards and professional conduct.
- Support the participatory and consultative implementation of the project.
- Deliver high-quality reports on time.

Required Skills and Experience
Education:
- A university degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and in challenging conditions.
Previous Experience:
- Good knowledge of policies, institutional frameworks, and relevant child protection laws.
- Experience in risk management.
- Proven experience in report writing in both Arabic and English.
- Broad experience in general management, team building and development, and writing technical and analytical reports.
- Excellent communication, report writing, and analytical skills.
Information Technology Skills:
- Very high proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Good knowledge of data collection and analysis tools such as Google Forms or KoBo Toolbox.
Languages:
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Arabic and English.
