Project Coordinator

St John Eye Hospital Group is the leading provider of eye care in East Jerusalem, the West Bank and Gaza Strip. The main Hospital is located in Jerusalem and has Clinics in Hebron and Anabta. In addition to our extensive range of specialist services we also provide services within the community through our Outreach Teams which travel throughout the West Bank.

We have a vacancy for a Project Coordinator, in our Development & Fundraising Department. You will ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects’ input as well as monitoring the projects’ financial and administrative performance including the preparation of all reports in line with the donors’ requirements.

You will also be responsible for writing the progress reports, gathering the projects’ data, and liaising with the project’s field officers to guarantee proper implementation.

You will need to have at least 3 years of experience in similar position and educated to a B.A degree level. Previous experience in the NGO and community based organizations is essential. You will also be a good communicator with up to date knowledge of socio-economic and political developments in the West Bank, Gaza and East Jerusalem. Excellent computer skills are necessary.
