FIS is looking to employ a driven and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Specialist to work at its headquarter in Ramallah. The pre-sales specialist will be responsible for front-ending technical discussions and presentations with B2B clients and help sales team in closing deals in a timely manner with a faster/shorter sales cycle.
- Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
- Meet and connect with new and existing customers and provide them technical expertise, advice and inputs to help them to adopt FIS Software solutions
- Ability to understand use cases in various industries including HR, Financial and Administrative Solutions,
- Understand business requirements, perform gap analysis, requirement mapping, solution designing, implementing and customizing the product/solutions as per business requirements.
- Active involvement in business and sales development activities through presentations and demos, business cases, assisting sales team during client meetings, objection handling and technical teams during deployment.

Qualifications & Work Experience:
- Strong Experience in Human Resource Developments
- Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Excellent English
- BSc degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
