We are seeking to hire a highly qualified and motivated Marketing Team Lead to join our growing team
This role is essential in supporting the company's expanding marketing operations, ensuring the effective execution of key activities, and overseeing the performance of the merchandising team
Job Description:
The Marketing Team Lead will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising various marketing activities, including events and promotions. This position plays a key role in ensuring that merchandising efforts align with brand standards and commercial goals
Main tasks:
- Supervise all merchandising activities, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Plan and oversee all external marketing events, including sponsorship activations, brand partnerships, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor performance metrics and analyze the effectiveness of merchandising and event campaigns.
- Manage campaign timelines and ensure accurate and timely reporting on campaign progress.

Required Skills and Competencies:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact confidently with all levels of management.
- Team Management – Ability to guide, motivate, and develop team members
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Effective negotiation skills.
- Result-oriented with a track record of achieving performance targets.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Education and Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in marketing, event management, or a similar role, preferably in FMCG.
Language
- Excellent command of both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
