This is a summary of what you are going to do, and there will be one or more employees who will be assisting you to start work on this but will be under your management. As we are currently hiring you as Marketing Dept Head to lead our marketing function and drive all aspects of the marketing strategy for the organization. This is a highly influential role within the company, and you will be managing a sizeable marketing budget and driving both offline and online campaigns and initiatives. Also, we are going to separate the department of (Marketing, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce) from the current team. This department is mainly composed of the Marketing unit, doing the marketing activities. Also under this department, there will be a Digital Marketing unit with all of its components. Finally, under this department, there will be an Ecommerce unit. Take into consideration the members that are going to help you, and if we see that they are performing excellently, they are going to be promoted to be heading Digital Marketing and Ecommerce, under your command.

You are going to work to establish these departments in professional way and within one year we need to separate digital marketing Unit to be separated Entity stand alone.  Also, the Ecommerce must be separated within one year to be standalone Entity. And we will keep the marketing Dept stand-alone Dept.  You will work closely with the CEO and be responsible for developing marketing strategies in line with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating Ecommerce and digital marketing depts.
  • Creating a marketing strategy and plan in line with company objectives.
  • Work internally to teach the Company Vision, mission and objectives.
  • Designing, planning, and executing effective marketing campaigns in line with the plan & determining metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Building brand awareness and generating innovative ideas to promote the brand/product.
  • Creating content and its strategies based on business objectives, category focus, and audience segment through all channels (online/offline/social).
  • Designing and coordinating promotional campaigns, PR, and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press, etc.)
  • Building a highly efficient team of marketing professionals and driving effective coordination with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Managing the marketing budget.
  • Brand marketing, our digital identity, appearance, our Image and existence in international market. Manage all of the social media accounts.
  • Prepare all of the marketing material that is needed for growth and expansion.
  • Product marketing.
  • Creating ALT and BLT and digital marketing campaigns related to our products.
  • Content updates of the company website and social media accounts.
  • Understanding the market and the customer and doing proper market research if needed.
  • Understand the services is relation to the market and participate in pricing them.
  • Share and participate in product development in early stages.

    • Sponsorship advertising
    • Lead generation
    • Mobile messaging/email
    • Digital display advertising
    • Mobile advertising
    • Social media management
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs across all digital channels including web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media and display advertising campaigns, in line with brand plans and business priorities.
  • Work with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer’s digital journey.
  • Reviewing and optimizing the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages.
  • Planning and controlling the digital marketing budget and spending by allocating budgets to different channels.
  • Using testing to optimize digital marketing performance.
  • Analyzing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.
  • Working on Search Engine Optimization and app store optimization.
  • Regularly monitor user analytics and use these insights to drive strategies to secure downloads and improve customer engagement.
  • Ensuring that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with various stakeholders.

For the ecommerce we are building our digital codex for digital services ecommerce platform also we are planning to build other ecommerce platforms and manage and we need from the ecommerce marketing dept to

    • Manage the Ecommerce platforms of the company.
    • Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform.
    • Managing and executing promotional campaigns.
    • Providing insights into customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps.
    • Send the feedback to the product dev team all of the needed updates and fixing bugs.
    • Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments.
    • Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
    • Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance.

متطلبات الوظيفة

Education and Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marekting, Business Adminstartion, Communications, or a related filed. (Master's degree or MBA is a plus. 
  • Additional certifications in digital marketing, brand management, or market research are advantegous. 
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in marketing roles.
