We are currently seeking an energetic marketing coordinator to join our family at the company headquarters in Ramallah.
Responsibilities & Duties include but not limited to:
- Implementing marketing and advertising campaigns / offers in accordance to marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives.
- Planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating marketing calendars.
- Preparing marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data; tracking product line sales.
- Supervising promotional materials / in store communication tools; keeping materials ready by coordinating requirements with CRM department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
- Supporting sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests.
- Researching competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
- Monitoring budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Coordinating with Graphic department in a timely manner
- Coordinating marketing and advertising campaigns and offers with E-commerce team
- Coordinating ad space with various media agencies (Print, online, outdoor, telemarketing, etc.…)
- Implementing Press Releases, shopping guides, etc.…
- Managing Social Media pages
- Managing events
- Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications.
- Accomplishing organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Qualifications and Experience:
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Minimum 5 years’ Experience in the field of marketing.
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics…
- Training and knowledge in digital marketing tools.
- Excellent command of the English language
