The candidate is responsible for All Administration & HR affairs in the Company.
- Ensure all working procedures comply with company policy, goals and objectives
- Participate in developing and maintaining an efficient office management system for the division
- Assist in the activities of the Department and ensure procedures and process are communicated and implemented effectively.
- Good Command of English and Arabic- Written and Spoken
- Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- HR processes including Recruitment, Training, Performance Evaluation, etc
- Personnel requirements and procedures
- Palestine Labor Law, Social Security and Income Tax Regulations
- Payroll Procedures
- Clerical and administrative tasks
- Phone System Routing.
- Telephone Protocol
- A minimum of 3 Years of Experience
- BA- Business or any related
- Resident In Ramallah
